When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been handed to PostEx for delivery, usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location across Pakistan.

My tracking isn't updating — what should I do?

Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch. If your tracking shows no movement after 3 business days, please contact us.
